When considering a complaint, we choose the best and most convenient service option for you. Therefore, if the application requires it, you can use the services of our service technicians.

Complaints

Our company provides professional customer service, which also applies to complaints. Thanks to the complaint form attached below, you can quickly and efficiently report a defect in the purchased product. The Invena service considers each application individually in the shortest possible time. Out of concern for our planet, we repair our products first. The repair is made at our company's headquarters or at the customer's home. If this is not possible, we suggest replacing the product with a new one.

What is the complaint process like?

Complaint application
You can send your application via the online form on the website, by e-mail to the following address serwis@invena.pl and at the point where the product was purchased.

Consideration of complaints
The complaint is considered individually. The statutory time for handling complaints is 14 days.

Replacement and repair
Out of concern for the planet, we repair our products first. When repair is not possible - we replace the product with a new one.

Invena provides the following warranties for its products
10 years

for steel radiators, PRO ball valves, steel hoses, sanitary ceramics, and sinks
7 years

for mixers bodies (other faucet parts have a 2-year warranty), showers
5 years

for gas connections and valves, water meters, bathtubs, shower trays
3 years

walk-in shower enclosures
2 years

for selected bathroom faucet series (Ava New, Mitris, Perea, Roma, Modena)
